1. Services Provided

We provide appliance repair, maintenance, and installation services for residential and commercial customers in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, including but not limited to refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, ice makers, wine coolers, HVAC systems, EV chargers, smart home devices, and home theater equipment. Availability of same-day service is subject to technician availability and service area.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments may be booked online or by phone.
• Booking confirmation does not guarantee an exact arrival time; we will provide a reasonable time window.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service address, and a description of the issue.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service in cases of unsafe conditions, inaccurate information, or unavailability of parts.

3. Diagnosis, Quotes, and Pricing

A technician will diagnose the issue and provide a transparent quote before beginning any repair work. Quoted prices are based on the information available at the time of diagnosis and may be adjusted if additional issues are discovered during the repair, with your prior approval. Diagnostic fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before the visit. Prices for parts and labor may vary based on appliance brand, model, and the complexity of the repair.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, under a commercial or property management service agreement). We accept the payment methods disclosed to you at the time of booking or service. Unpaid invoices may be subject to late fees and referral to collections as permitted by law.

5. 90-Day Guarantee

We offer a 90-day guarantee on parts and labor for completed repairs, unless otherwise stated at the time of service. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the original repair, we will return to diagnose and correct it at no additional charge for labor or the originally installed part. This guarantee does not cover:

• New or unrelated issues that arise after the original repair
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or acts of nature
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues arising from customer-supplied parts not installed by our technicians

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance and work area
• Disclose any known hazards, prior repair attempts, or relevant appliance history
• Ensure someone authorized to approve repairs and payment is present or reachable during the appointment
• Secure pets and clear the work area of obstacles for technician safety

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us as soon as possible. Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip or scheduling fee, which will be disclosed to you in advance where applicable.

8. Parts and Warranties

We use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts whenever possible. Where OEM parts are unavailable, we may use quality aftermarket parts with your consent. Manufacturer warranties on appliances remain separate from our service guarantee and are the responsibility of the appliance manufacturer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CR Appliance Repair Los Angeles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to our Services, including but not limited to loss of food, loss of income, or damages resulting from pre-existing conditions of the appliance or property not disclosed to us prior to service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Property Management and Commercial Clients

Clients booking on behalf of tenants, multiple units, or commercial properties are responsible for ensuring proper authorization to request service and for coordinating access. Separate service agreements may apply to bulk or recurring commercial arrangements.

11. Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, misuse any content, or use the Site to transmit harmful or unlawful material. All content on the Site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of CR Appliance Repair Los Angeles or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Reviews and Testimonials
